Elizabeth Parker Pugh is a lifelong resident of Clarksville, Tennessee. Elizabeth graduated from Austin Peay State University where she was a proud member of Chi Omega Women’s Fraternity and then she followed her father’s footsteps and attended Nashville School of Law. Upon becoming licensed to practice law, Elizabeth joined her father as a partner in the family firm where her main focus includes wills and estates as well as personal injury. Elizabeth also handles General Sessions criminal cases as well as juvenile cases. Elizabeth practices in both Montgomery and Stewart Counties and takes a personal one on one approach with her clients.
Areas of Practice:
Probate- Probate includes both testate and intestate estates as well as Partition actions. Elizabeth also draws up Wills and helps with estate planning. The death of a family member is a stressful time for family and they have many questions about their loved ones property and assets. Elizabeth is very knowledgeable about the probate process and will be happy to patiently explain how it works and what needs to be done. Elizabeth also handles partition actions in the event that the heirs of an estate cannot agree on what to do with the Decedent’s real estate.
Personal Injury- Elizabeth handles serious injury cases for car and motorcycle wrecks and works tirelessly to get you the best results possible. She will provide an honest assessment of your case whether it is good or bad. Fees are based on a contingency, meaning that you pay no attorney fees up front. All fees are a percentage of what is recovered.
General Sessions criminal cases- These cases include but are not limited to simple and domestic assault, simple possession/casual exchange, and theft. The first consultation is always free and fees are reasonable. Some payment plans are available.
